At Liquidation Pallet Direct, we work with trusted U.S. suppliers and freight carriers to deliver liquidation pallets to buyers safely and on time. Because our inventory is sourced from multiple supplier locations, shipping details may vary based on the warehouse fulfilling your order. Please review the information below for a clear understanding of how shipping works.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing includes preparing freight paperwork and coordinating pickup with the supplier or warehouse handling the order.
You will receive shipping or freight details as soon as the carrier provides them.
Shipping Methods
We use LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload) for pallet shipments. Available delivery options may include:

Secure pallet wrapping (when provided by supplier)
Additional services such as liftgate delivery or inside delivery may be available for an extra fee, depending on the carrier.

We currently ship pallets across the United States only.

Limited access areas
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Final freight rates are calculated before checkout or during your quote request.
Transit time typically ranges from 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the warehouse shipping the order.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier schedules, or high shipment volume.
Receiving Your Shipment
To ensure a smooth delivery process:

Inspect pallets before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).

Note any visible damage directly on the BOL.

Take photos if needed for claim purposes.
Because liquidation pallets are final sale, we cannot accept returns once delivery is completed.
Missed Delivery
If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may charge re-delivery or storage fees.
Please ensure someone is available during the delivery window.
Shipping Disclaimer
All liquidation pallets are sold as-is, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once a pallet has been picked up by the freight carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays beyond our control.
